Home Price Check uses HM Land Registry Price Paid Data for England and Wales. The price comparison uses standard transactions; the sale-history view also includes additional categories where available. Recent completions can take time to appear.

Viewing notes and answer statuses persist in this browser on this device; they are not uploaded to Home Price Check or synced between devices. Clearing browser data removes them.
